Being born and raised in Hong Kong, we were very lucky to have the opportunities to sample food and flavours from across the region. Our sold-out, inaugural event TwinnyFeast in East Asia, inspired by our childhood favourites was well-received and we are coming back to the fantastic Hatch for another evening. Expect a feast of regional Chinese food such as Xinjiangnese minced lamb served with sesame bread pockets; Japanese styled egg rolls; matcha infused cheesecake, to name but a few!
The dinner itself will be a four course affair with multiple starters to share, followed by a meat dish, a fish dish, and of course, a dessert! The menu is out but is subject to changes depending on ingredient availability.
If you have any dietary requirements, please kindly let us know ahead of the event!
No BYOB - You will be served a TwinnyDip cocktail upon arrival (non-alcoholic version available, please specify when you book!). There is also a bar at HATCH where you can buy your drinks throughout the evening.
Refund policy - We are not able to provide you with a refund, however if you cannot make it anymore, please let us know, and we will try to find someone to purchase the ticket from you.
This is a small event of 20 seats, so book now to avoid disappointment!

We are twin sisters, Natalie and Valerie, hence the first part of our name, Twinny. We started out offering alternative dips (not the average guacamole), and hence the second part, Dip - TwinnyDip! We love cooking and inventing, drawing inspirations from both our childhood, travels and restaurant experience. Our recipes regularly appear in the Guardian and we were crowned homecook of the year in 2014. Since then, we have been testing recipes mostly focusing on our roots - East Asia!
We were born and raised in Hong Kong, and were lucky to have the opportunities to sample food and flavours from across the region. Being Chinese, tho, eating has always been about more than just the sharing of delicious food. We love having a good conversation (often times healthy debates or you can call them quarrels!) and quality time with family and friends.
Our inaugural event is inspired by our childhood favourites and nostalgic memories of home and travels. We invite you to journey across East Asia through TwinnyFeast. Expect a feast of regional food such as Northwestern Chinese style minced served with sesame bread pockets; Japanese styled egg rolls; matcha infused cheesecake, to name but a few!
Although each event will be different depending on the theme and season, the evenings will generally start with a summer cooler (winter warmer for colder months!). This is followed by a four course dinner with multiple starters to share, usually a meat dish, a fish dish, and of course, dessert!
