The Whole Hog

We’re proud of the local and global producers who grow farm and fish our food at Poco. We’re celebrating them with a series of bi-monthly events called Meet The Producer. At each event our producer will give a free talk about their produce hosted by Eco-Chef Tom Hunt with complimentary canapes showcasing their produce.

For each event our chef will create a menu in collaboration with our producer showcasing their best produce. Tom and our producer will host the evening serving the dishes and will be available for questions.

To celebrate Urban Food Fortnight we’re hosting a free discussion and Q&A about fish sustainability. On our panel for the evening we have Theresa Douthwright & Jack Clarke from SoleShare and Ruth Westcott from Sustainable Fish Cities Sustain, hosted by Tom Hunt. We’ll be giving out free canapes during the talk and then serving a unique tasting menu of day fresh fish brought up to the restaurant by SoleShare.
