You can call me Si.I was born in Italy 30 y ago and have been raised eating Italian, fresh and home made food. I believe in living naturally, eating healthy and taking care of my body and soul. I prepare food with passion, fun and creativity...and never start without sticking a good tune! I believe that a tasty meal can be even tastier if it's made in a cosy and relaxed environment and surrounded by friends. My favourite foods are avocados, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.

The Whole Hog

My food is a tour across the countries I visited and lived in in the last 10 years. They have became part of my culture, my way of thinking and interacting with people. My cuisine is quite diverse and the ingredients I use are a Mediterranean feast: Italian whole grains, rich tastes from Spain and Greek spices served in colourful Moroccan plates. And for sweet endings I love boozy and creamy desserts.
There isn't a set-up menu as the ingredients change according with the season and specific event. My aim is to create entertaining and creative dinners for a unique and unforgettable experience. So what are you waiting to take part of "This Happy Table"??!!
