The Whole Hog

I am part Burmese as well as English, Irish, German, Chinese and Portuguese.

I have given lessons in Burmese cooking at a cookery school where everyone loved it and they all wondered why they’d never tasted such a fantastic cuisine before!

I also run supper clubs from my unusual home and my guests have all been very generous in their praise of the food and the fun atmosphere.

Britain is such an amazing place for global cuisine yet Burmese food is a relatively unexplored cuisine. I intend to change this! I am not setting myself up as an expert of Burmese food but a lover of Burmese food. I cook Burmese food my way: with a contemporary twist and given my background, a variety of global food influences.

The result, I feel, is a unique and exciting contemporary Burmese cuisine that I want to share with you!
