The Whole Hog

Starting with supperclubs and popups around London we aim to showcase the best in seasonal British vegetables. The tastes won't be based in any cuisine, but a reflection of the continents I have explored along the way.

The White Asparagus has chosen four venues that foster an enchanting atmospheres whilst also allowing us to create delicious food. By primarily providing a plant based menu married occasionally with sustainable seafood and nose to tail dining, we want to turn the head on the vege/vegan dining stereotype of blandness mixed with hemp. Creating a sexy and indefinable cuisine (recipes gleaned from my international travels as a private chef on superyachts) will not only be good for your summer bod, tantalise your taste buds but also be an enchanting experience.
