In a Nutshell

In 2015 Gabriel Waterhouse left the grand surrounds of Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle with the aim of making fine dining accessible. He bought a table from Ikea and began welcoming diners into his modest Bethnal Green home for a more informal culinary experience.
Since then The Water House Project has hosted thousands of hungry diners, been featured in TimeOut and Monocle magazine, and was awarded 'Top 5 London supper club' status by The Evening Standard. He has had to buy a second table.

The Whole Hog

We had a brilliant night and met some lovely people. Gabriel's food was inventive, interesting, looked fantastic and above all tasted FANTASTIC. I would really recommend this Grub Club, and it is a great idea for a Christmas/Birthday present surprise.
