The Supernourished Supperclub



I set up Supernourished in Janaury 2012 and since then have been sharing my love of fresh and vibrant eating through cookery classes, nutrition coaching and dining events. In 2011 I trained as a chef at Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California. I love to create gourmet vegetarian and vegan dishes to nourish and visually delight with an eclectic mix of flavours, ingredients and botanical flourishes.
