A professional Chef with over 12 years experience in various restaurants, hotels and catering companies around the world. Born on the coast of South Australia he cooked his way to London but not before cooking stints in Cornwall, Devon and France. In March 2014 Alex took over the ownership of 'The Pickled Fork', a private catering and pop up restaurant business based in London. His aims are to cook seasonal, British cuisine with a modern take. Alex also helps out at an allotment in Wimbledon.
