A culinary and charismatic collaboration between Chef Tom Childs and Maitre d' Ollie Elia.

Tom's currently a Sous Chef at Chess Club a private members Club in London. He was trained at the Michelin star Paul Ainsworth at No.6 in Cornwall, Hedone and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

Ollie's mixed heritage motivated him to live across Europe while picking up a love for food, local culture and hospitality. He's currently a Maitre d' and director of events at Chess Club in Mayfair.

We've taken our own spin on the Danish notion of Hygge, pronounced as hoo-ga which entails fusing our personalities and experiences together to create a one night dinner club where the art of comfort, warmth and good food will be experienced by each of our guests.
