She sources the best ingredients possible to create beautiful, seasonal sharing food. Bella has worked at some of London's top catering companies as well as hosting her own mini festival at home in Sussex. She loves hosting parties and making sure the cocktails are cold, delicious and plentiful.

In a Nutshell

The Whole Hog

We're a catering company, but we love to host supper clubs to make our food more accessible and to give us a chance to experiment. All our food is about simple ingredients, simply prepared with organic and natural presentation. We don't faff with our food but it has to be delicious and it has to be the focus of what everyone is talking about during supper. It's all interactive, all sharing and all about the food. Our most favourite canapé at the moment is our 'spag bol fritter'. Spaghetti bolognese is Georgia's favourite thing to eat and the fritter just makes it portable and it has so far gone down incredibly well at events.

As a bespoke catering company because we hate repetition. We hosted a 5 day supper club in March and this time we're looking to do something a little different so this time it's a wine tasting with thoughtful food pairing. Often wine and food pairing events offer a few limp pieces of parma ham, stale baguette and cheese crumbs to accompany your wines, but we want to offer proper delicious and thoughtfully devised food to match interesting wines that a are a little bit like us- think small producers, biodynamic, unusual styles etc...

This time we are hosting our pop up at Blue Shop Cottage in Denmark Hill where we're collaborating with a very knowledgable and engaging sommelier friend who will be running the wine tasting. Wine tasting is subjective and our guests different perception of taste is integral to the type of pop up we want to offer, therefore the tasting will be done on sharing tables where guests will be asked to interact with each other.
