The American Chef in London, Michael Boulos has teamed up with locals Ryan Grant and Gareth Rees to bring some classic American style to the table in London. Featuring several dishes that are rarely seen outside of the States like duck gumbo, crawfish & sriracha mac & cheese and savoury biscuits with pork gravy. Working with local suppliers Chef Boulos is sourcing as much of the menu as possible from British suppliers like Ginger Pig, Rare Breed Meat Co. and Solstice produce.

We are currently in residency at the Sun & 13 Cantons Pub in Soho until Christmas of 2013. With your support we look forward to opening in a more permanent spot this coming spring.
