I'm a trained LCB chef that has experienced the finest in michelin-star dining, working with chefs such as Claude Bosi from Hibiscus, Sat Bains and Heston Blumenthal (at The Fat Duck in Bray). I loved their focus on seasonality and the way they used their background as a key ingredient and inspiration. I then undertook a six month culinary journey through India, rediscovering traditional home recipes and finger-licking street food. I wish to show you my take on traditional Indian cuisine.
The food will showcase the best of home cooked dishes, street food and regional specialities that you may be pushed to find elsewhere. I would love for you to join me for a fantastic evening full of food. We'll be in a casual yet intimate setting at my home, overlooking the Thames in Canary Wharf.
