A popup supper club and private catering operation, The Bream Team is all about good food served up in interesting and unusual places, putting twists on classic dishes and nostalgic flavours. Born out of an overzealous purchase of bream in Spring 2012, we’ve run popups and private dinners in an eclectic range of spaces, from a photography studio, converted rail car and worker’s caff, to offices and private homes.

We like to say our food is 'unpretentious fine dining' and prefer to serve things on wooden planks than fine china. We create bespoke menus for each and every meal we do, to make sure it compliments the people, vibe, and budget of the event.
