I gained experience in londons best restaurants including Fat Duck, Bluebird and The Savoy. I was on the BBC2 show ‘The Restaurant’, I had the great privilege to work with Raymond Blanc. The Whole Hog

The concept of my Grub Clubs are simple - to serve good quality food in a great atmosphere, without the sky-high prices you would usually find in top restaurants. My food is always inspired by seasonal and local food. This event is based on Halloween with Autumnal ingredients, that will trick your eyes and treat your tastebuds.
