Benoit graduated in 2002 from the prestigious French Catering school of La Rochelle where he learnt about French Cuisine along with the ins and outs of the catering world.

During his teenage years in France, Benoit would spend his weekends working at a traditional French restaurant, and it was here, along with the inspiration of his mum’s home cooking, that the idea for Table d’Hote was born.

It is through his food that Benoit hopes to take you on a journey to France.

The Whole Hog

In France, Table d’hote literally means “the host’s table”, a shared dining experience going back to the roots of traditional French Cuisine. It is about simple, traditional food, made with quality ingredients and served in large quantities around a table in a convivial atmosphere.
