Saison is a weekend of seasonal food and unique wine.

Our chef, Nye Smith (ex Copita, Koya and Morito), has devised a menu focussed on seasonality and quality of produce.

We have assembled our wine list in conjunction with Alex Whyte of Tutto wines and it's focussed around small producers in France and Italy.

We look to winemakers who have reverted to traditional methods of production, with minimal additives, that give a true reflection of their region.

The Whole Hog

At Saison our goal is to deliver value and ensure our guests have a fantastic time. We offer a tasting menu of our chef's creations as well as a wine list starting at £15.

The emphasis is on seasonality. We hope to showcase some ingredients you may not have tried before.

Wine is central to our concept, we look for unusual wine and look to introduce our customers to them.

There is no dogma attached to our dishes or drinks, the emphasis is on quality.
