His well-known Gnocchi with Seabass Ragu, Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata Cheese is back, this time together with other mouthwatering dishes like Black Fettuccine with Devon Crab and Dill and his famous Octopus Salad.
With a track record that includes his own Rosette restaurant in Italy, and then working with Stefano Cavallini, Jamie Oliver and Marco Pierre White at the Quo Vadis, his credentials speak for themselves.

Adalberto Battaglia - Adha in short - is the mastermind behind Quinto/Quarto UK's project.
He's currently keeping busy working with pop-up restaurants, farmers markets and catering services.
With a track record that includes his own Rosette restaurant in Italy, Adha has an amazing Michelin background and has worked with top celebrity chefs such as Stefano Cavallini at 5Pollen Street in Mayfair, Jamie Oliver (as seen in the bestseller Jamie's Italy at page 16) and Marco Pierre White at the Quo Vadis.
