The Whole Hog

Perilla was founded by a trio of young Londoners Ben Marks, Ollie Norman and Matthew Emmerson. We are currently running a series of dinner parties. The concept is Fine Dining without the Fuss, offering a unique experience combining delicious food, great gin cocktails and a lively atmosphere. Having worked at Noma (Copenhagen) and currently at The Square (London), Ben Marks will be designing a 3 course A La Carte Menu focusing on the highest quality seasonal produce.
