Annabel Partridge and Will Burrett opened the Pear Tree Cafe in October 2016 having met working at Petersham Nurseries and went with Head Chef Skye Gyngell to open Spring at Somerset House. A shared passion for food and learning saw Annabel and Will complete stages at some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, including Chez Panisse, Tartine Bakery and Zuni Café, and working with chefs Giorgio Locatelli, Margot Henderson, Sam Clarke, Jeremy Lee and Tom Pemberton.
