The Whole Hog

Waste not want not
Our theme for the evening will be all around food waste- understanding the impact of wasted food and what we can do to tackle this issue.

To prove that good food doesn't have to go to waste, we will be using produce that is perfectly good to eat but would have otherwise have gone to waste to create our feast. By liaising with local businesses and suppliers to gather produce that is required by law not to be sold, we will work under the expert eyes of Simon Boyle, Chef founder of Brigade, to transform scraps into gourmand cuisine.

We're also inviting some excellent speakers along who have developed innovative food businesses or social enterprises to hear about their stories. It's the perfect opportunity to get inspired, meet new people and of course, indulge.
