Being born in a small village in Nepal at an early age i planned to become a chef due to my love for food, my passion for food grew over time as i travelled over 15 countries working as a chef and have been for the last 30 years. Although having cooked different cuisines, i wanted to share my Nepalese heritage through Nepalese food which i grew up on as a child because Nepalese food has so much history and culture behind it as it is so diverse and has influences from many parts of Asia.
