MIMOD's Kitchen

As a trained pasty chef I’ve always been obsessed with breakfast – from a hotel buffet bar to just a nice thick slab of sourdough in my own kitchen. After honing my skills cooking for the hungry hoards at Observer Food Monthly Award winner Altrincham Market, and taking off on a brunch-discovery odyssey to the breakfast capital of the world Australia, I’m now moving down to London to bring my brand of all day breakfast to you lucky southerners!

The Whole Hog

MIMOD’s Kitchen (Most Important Meal Of the Day) is an exciting new London supper-club, allowing guests to combine breakfast with dinner, with an innovative, hand-made menu.

We’ve all recently become brunch obsessed -avocado on toast is now something of an art-form, poached eggs a mastered skill and the perfect coffee takes centre stage on #foodporn snaps. So I’ve gone one step further to give you the chance to enjoy breakfast classics with a twist for a relaxed evening event.

Guests at MIMOD’s Kitchen can expect some fusion ‘brinner’ (breakfast for dinner) - previous menus have included dishes such as baked eggs in kale and almond chilli pesto and slow cooked maple gammon with home-made baked beans and sweet potato hash browns, all topped off with yoghurt and granola macarons and double-chocolate croissants to finish. Everything is hand made from scratch and sourced from the best local suppliers.

Granola isn't just for 8am, and a croissant doesn't have to be paired with fresh coffee. So come and have your eggs and beans with a glass of prosecco as the night's drawing in and just enjoy it for what it is - damn good eating!
