I had an amazing time. The food was really good and the entire project inspiring.
Delicious food, friendly staff and so interesting to hear from all the chefs, organisers and team involved!

Food was amazing however they catered very poorly to vegetarians and vegans like myself and there wasn't any vegan canapés or deserts which also meant I accidentally ate egg in a canapé because the girl serving wasn't aware of what was in it. Nice atmosphere and beautiful main nonethe less (albeit not aware of the ingredients which was a bit dangerous for me)
Great initiative and wonderful to see the new chefs so happy and proud - as they should be. One small suggestion - jugs of water on tables.
