Growing up in London with Filipino parents we were inspired to put a different take on Filipino food. The idea started with a group of friends who noticed a lack of Filipino food within London, so we came up with the concept of modern Filipino Fusion. Our tasty dishes include Sisig fries which is fries topped with marinated pork, cheese, sour cream, and our homemade chilli oil.

Our mission is to raise awareness of Filipino cuisine where everyone can experience a few of our favourite childhood Filipino foods but with our own special twist on traditional recipes. We aim to recreate this wonderful food in London but with a difference. We strive to produce the vibrant flavours of Philippines with fresh ingredients that are sourced as locally as possible whilst using quality cut meats within our dishes. We have a passionate approach to our food and want to share our Filipino cuisine with everyone. We hope you love it as much as we do!
