The Whole Hog

The supper club is focused on French food and especially French traditional/classics recipes.
The idea is to re-create the French home food experience and feeling with multiple dishes in Cast iron casseroles (Cocottes), that people will share alongside wines and cocktails.
The key aspects are: no fuss, generous, sharing, seasonal and local as much as possible.
