I am a London born Filipina, a well seasoned eater and now a cook.

After turning my back on my fashion career to pursue my love of food. I have now been cooking for 3 years, moving from Michelin starred kitchens to prolific eateries in Soho and Farringdon.

I have combined all that I have learnt from kitchens, memories of summer holidays spent in my homeland and what I have deciphered from family recipes to present to you, LUTO - an edible showcase of my rediscovery of Filipino food.

You will be presented with a reiteration of 5 national classics in a British context, lovingly translated with western seasonal ingredients and processes.
