My partner Yun and I are both highly experienced chefs - working primarily in high-end event catering. We both have our own catering companies (Salon and The Flavour Kitchen) and cater to a broad range of corporate and private clients. We are both passionate about using high quality, seasonal ingredients and creating fabulous menu combinations which draw inspiration across a range of cuisines. We focus heavily on fine-dining - so you can expect to be served beautifully crafted food.

The Whole Hog

The Kingswood House supper club is designed to showcase our cooking and style in a highly atmospheric and unusual venue - the Grade II listed Kingswood House in Gypsy Hill, South London. Kingswood House is best described as stately home in a urban setting and it is a beautiful late Victorian gem built by the Bovril entrepreneur, John Lawson Johnston. Once known as Bovril Castle, this beautiful building is now owned and managed by Southwark Council and is run as a community centre. Inside, its sumptuous interior has been wonderfully maintained, with fabulous wood panelled rooms (in one of which the supper club will be held), grand stone fireplaces and colourful Victorian tapestries. We have designed our supper club menus to compliment the grand and stately surroundings in which it will be served, but of course with a few little twists....
