We were honoured and extremely pleased when Keri agreed to join us at the Skyroom and take on a Thursday residency for the month of September!

After the huge success of Keri’s exclusive one-off 8 course Caribbean supper club extravaganza last month, customers coming along on Thursday evenings can expect more inspirational dishes of this kind as well as a few surprise collaborations with guest chef friends.
