Graduated with merits at Le Cordon Bleu in 2009 I have worked in many restaurants and won
Lukas awards in 2015 and "Guia Londres Awards" in 2016.
I'm also a Master Craftsman from Craft Guild of Chefs.
BUT the important bit it's that I love to be inside a kitchen!

Cooking it's my passion!
I'm a full-time chef working with healthy food at Finotaste (www.finotaste.com), but I also love Brazilian, Caribean, French, Italian, Japanese and many other types of cuisine.
I decided to explore this passion trough Super Club and give these cuisines a healthy twist.
No deep-fryers allowed and a lot of dairy-free and gluten-free dishes.
