We're Katharine Fry and Sarah Sigal. We were told we had to be friends because we both wore Halloween costumes necessitating extensive back-stories. For years, Sarah went to Katharine’s exhibitions and Katharine attended Sarah’s plays until we hatched a plan to combine our work, marrying our two overactive imaginations of words and pictures with the best chefs this town has to offer.

The Whole Hog

After years of investigating the best night out that London could provide, we decided that what the city needed were events that could bring together performance, food, music and good company in an exciting venue. We launched Hush Hush Hoopla to create worlds of stories that audiences can touch, taste, see and hear. With our army of performers, designers, chefs, singers and musicians, we’re coming to take over your night.

This time we're working with David Salt, a well-travelled Canadian who came to England to work in London's restaurants. He says,

"My focus is on local and seasonal ingredients. I draw inspiration from my childhood years and from international classics intertwined with simple, modern ideas and interpretations. I believe that being a chef is not just about cooking and serving products, but is about creating an experience.'
