We are two Scandinavian friends who met through our private catering careers and love of the countryside, wild food, and all things Scandinavian and 'Hygge'.

Gulli is Norwegian, raised on an organic farm in the North of Scotland, and spent a year in the North of Norway learning how to survive in the wild using old methods of foraging, fishing, and preserving food.

Georgie is Swedish/English, raised in the Garden of England with a huge kitchen garden and a love of all things seasonal.

The Whole Hog

'Scandinavian Tapas' 14 course tasting menu with drinks pairing. A standing culinary feast for those who like to mix and mingle.
The menu will include:
Earth
Fire
Wind
Water
A Scandinavian fusion menu, using homegrown, foraged seasonal produce. Expect cured, pickled, smoked, and surprising delights from the British countryside.
4 drinks to be paired with the food (please let us know if you are alcohol free for some delicious alternatives!)
