FRESELLA, Taste of Napoli



Following a trip to the Amalfi Coast and experiencing true Neapolitan flavours, one dish in particular stood out as something that hasn't followed pizza and pasta into Britain's eating habits. Fresella is a truly wonderful and flexible creation that I am passionate about evangelising here in the UK.

It's my long-term mission to practice using varying and fresh ingredients in combination with Fresella bread to create a menu and restaurant that would be well received in the heart of Napoli.
