I grew up in Singapore with Cantonese_Chinese heritage. One would guess my family dinner table is limited to Cantonese and Chinese cuisine. Not so. Being a resident of a cosmopolitan and vibrant country in Southeast Asia has provided me with a lot of knowledge on local cuisines and delicacies. I have many favourite family, hawker and restaurant food traditions experience from the parent culture - Chinese, Malay, Indian and English not least and I cannot wait to share some of them with you.
