Cooking for me is more than a hobby. It is something I simply love to do either for work or hosting parties just so friends can be experimented on. I take these pop-ups as an opportunity to showcase flavours, ingredients and cuisines that I love. My food also reflects my childhood and travels, so it could be hand-made udon one week and fresh pasta the next. Everything I cook is made from scratch and I aim to only cook with the freshest ingredients.
