The Whole Hog

I started as a chef when I was 16, learning Classic French food - first in Switzerland, where I am from, and then in London, where I now live.

I've worked my way up to being a head chef in Chelsea - gaining invaluable work experience in various famous places such as One-O-One in Knightsbridge and Trinity in Clapham Common, training under the acclaimed Adam Byatt.

In November 2013, I won a competition, judged by Celebrity Chef Tom Kerridge, from the The Hand and Flowers in Marlow.

I describe my cooking as innovative, flavoursome, classy, and Frenchy ... and everyone seems to love it!
