My name is Fran Puig and I'm a Spanish chef. I've been cooking for over 10yrs and my family ran a fine dining restaurant in Spain, so you can say that food has always been in my blood!
Coming to London and working in several job positions at different restaurants has opened my eyes to a great variety of cooking methods and styles. This together with the vast options of culinary dishes out there has somewhat inspired me to take the wonderful things I've learnt to create something very special.

I'm glad to present you my Pop up. DinnClub is an exclusive food club, which aims to awaken all your food senses trough creative meals and great wine. With only thirty seats, we are able to create a unique dining experience, complemented by live music.
