The whole idea was inspired by my friends. Working as a chef next to to a great waiters and someliers for many years gave me idea to create a passionate team. So we want to create a great fine dinning venue that will be managed with passion and perfection in every aspect. We found a beautiful room in elite club lodge closed to the external guest for last 400 years. Now its time to open it for grub clubers and show that we can create a Great place and food with great wine matching and service.

The Whole Hog

Simply i want to gather a group of people loving great food, great wine and give them a dinner to talk about. After many years working as a chef i realised that good dinning experience is not created by just food. But how you can change the whole restaurant team?? create your own!

The menu is based on French and British modern cousine as my cooking methods comes from learning from great french chef and working as a chef in UK. My pop-up menu will be created from 6 courses where classic and modern cooking methods will collide and create (hopefully ;)) an impression on my guests.

Im working and living in London from over 5 years. my life is circulating around hospitality industry and im assuring my guest that they are in good hands. book, and enjoy my first of many pop-up's please.
