Danilo Cortellini, Head Chef @ The Italian Embassy in London



Born and raised in his mother’s kitchen in Abruzzo, Danilo combines the most authentic, homely feeling of Italian cuisine with fine dining standards. After training in Michelin starred restaurants both in Italy and London, Danilo became Head Chef of the Italian Embassy and opened his own catering and consultancy company. In 2015 he was a finalist in BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals and in 2016 Danilo wrote his first cook book, “4 Grosvenor Square: The Menu of the Italian Embassy in London"
