Born and raised in Brazil, my family is Italian and Spanish. I was raised surrounded by amazing food culture and decided to study Culinary Arts. I studied and worked in Brazil, Switzerland, Portugal and the UK. I have the desire and ambition to introduce Brazilian flavours into fine dining by combining styles to create unique culinary masterpieces.
