Bec's Chinese night



I have a passion for food and for cooking and being from Chinese decent i learnt to cook lots of traditional Chinese food from a young age. I decided to finally get out there and cook for the public. I started out working from Broadway market selling a traditional dish my mum passed down of 5hr braised pork belly which would always sell. I then worked from a bar called "off broadway" selling dumplings and finally now have started supper clubs at a bar (Del74) which i have thoroughly enjoyed.

The Whole Hog

My supper club is mainly revolved around asian cuisine. Bringing new flavours for guests to experience. Its a great space for people to mingle and tin future a have a mixologist making cocktails to compliment the food.
