Chef Michael Boulos is with us from the States to cook good old fashioned American comfort food. He’s spent the past year at the helm of the Fat Bear (check out their page for reviews and ratings) and is branching out on his own in the new year. Having worked in several of Boston and New York’s most prominent restaurants, Chef Michael wants to redefine the way Londoners see American food, as more than just burgers and BBQ, and give his fellow ex-pats a place to come get a taste of home.

Our grub club events will focus on utilizing the freshest local and seasonal products the UK has to offer and cooking them up in a classic American style. Many of our events will take place in a comfortable, familial environment and are great for groups or meeting new friends. We strive to feature outstanding cocktails, beers and wines selected to pair with your meal at each of our events.
