A Taste of Suriname



I am a self taught chef who has been working in kitchen in London in recent years. I have also had a few successful supper clubs and cafe takeovers last year. I am food obsessed and love eating, buying and cooking food and long tables with friends and family enjoying my food. That's why I've decided to combine my passions and organise more supper clubs this year, a monthly event. There are so many dishes I want to spoil my guests with! Alongside this I run Sauceman, my little sauce business.

The Whole Hog

My Grub Club is about enjoying food with new friends. I cook, I spoil them with homemade food from scratch, dishes which most guests probably haven't eaten before. A wonderful evening made better by a table filled with plenty of food and a relaxed atmosphere.
