A Middle Eastern Date



My love of food started at a very young age. As my father is Lebanese he taught me to have a broad sense of taste by introducing me to many delicious types of traditional Lebanese food in and around London. I do love all types of food from British, Spanish, African to Indian, Asian and of course Middle Eastern. I recently completed a short course at Leiths school of Food & Wine, where I learnt to cook Persian food.

In a Nutshell

The Whole Hog

The Spoon&Fork Supper club is based in Walthamstow, in the very chic, 56 Cafe & Bar.  The original idea was based around raising money for the Refugee Cause & Charity, the Hands up Foundation.  

In order to achieve that, we have set up a supper club based around sampling all types of Middle Eastern food.

The set up is a traditional one, where beautifully made dishes will be shared by all & served by our fabulous volunteers. And last but not least, you will hopefully meet some great people and make some friends.
