The Whole Hog

Our pop-up is named 1000 Footsteps. The 1000 Footsteps Menu is based on the wild, gathered and cultivated ingredients that can be found within a one -mile radius of wherever the event is taking place (1000 footsteps equates to a mile, give or take, and depending how long your stride is!) We aim to surprise and delight you by showing you an astonishing variety of ingredients in such a small space, and expand what's probably the most local food wou will ever eat by applying Liam's unique take on World cuisine, born of years working as a chef in exotic climes. Our events always include music as well as surprise elements including our speciality infusions, wines, kimchees and fermented tasters.
